Our testing arsenal allows us to analyze every critical performance metric. We evaluate processing characteristics with our No Rotor Vulcanizer and prepare samples with precision using a Double Head Grinding Machine. Mechanical integrity is verified through our Tensile, Hardness, Density, and Resilience testers. To simulate the harsh reality of oilfield environments, we utilize an Akron Abrasion Tester, Fatigue Cracking Tester, Brittle Impact Tester, and Hot Aging Test Machines. Finally, our Two-Element Mapper ensures that every complex geometry meets exact dimensional specifications.
