HPHT Zonal Isolation for North Sea Gas Well

The Challenge: An offshore platform needed to isolate a zone in a deep gas well with temperatures reaching 380°F (193°C). Standard elements would harden and fail.
Our Solution: Royal Way engineered a 90-75-90 Viton® Element Set with wire-mesh reinforcement to prevent gap extrusion at 8,000 PSI.
The Result: The packer set successfully on the first attempt. Isolation has held firm for over 12 months.
